Most people who teach communication learned it in a classroom. I learned it in a place where the wrong words — or the wrong silence — had real consequences.
After years inside the California correctional system, I walked out with one asset: the ability to read a room, command attention, and make people listen. I took that skill into business, into sales, into boardrooms and brand deals — and built something from nothing.
Now I train others to do the same. Not theory. Not motivation. Real communication skills that close deals, build authority, and change the trajectory of your career.
